Great price and updated rooms and hallways. 4 stars for room only because the door trim paint was pealing and safety bar in the shower cover ring was hanging off. Breakfast included eggs with toppings, sausage, biscuits n gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurt and pastries. Next trip would stay here again.
We were very pleased with our stay. The room and all of the common areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants kept everything stocked. The price was fantastic,We're in the area a couple times a year and we usually stay at Hampton, but due to budgeting we choose this hotel and are so glad we did.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Best Western is conveniently located right off the exit, which makes it very easy for visitors. The room was well kept and comfortable, and overall, we couldn’t complain about the stay. Expect to pay a little over $200, which felt fair for the convenience and cleanliness. We did have an issue with the toilet, but the receptionist was quick to respond and get it fixed, which we appreciated. Parking was safe, well lit, and easy to access. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay when passing through.
Rooms were cozy and comfortable .... beds were decent other then they slid around .... might want to consider different frames .... TV channels DO NOT match the guide either. Made for some frustration trying to watch TV! Decent breakfast
Hotel was clean, the breakfast was great with hot breakfast, very pet friendly. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the lady that takes care of the breakfast area. Good toiletry amenities (soap and shampoo). They had a nice place to walk the dog and a nice patio garden area to sit or smoke according to my husband. Free wifi and excellent comfortable lobby common areas to watch tv or hang out with friends or family. Convenient to the highway with restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! One of the best hotel stays in quite awhile and good for the price.
The room was ok. Beware if you travel with a dog (mine 5 lbs). The pet upcharge was 30.00 which equals a 30% “penalty”. Also only certain rooms allow pets. Our room smelled of dogs when we opened the door. Not overwhelming but you could tell. Cleaning inadequate or cleaning products not used enough. We were disappointed when the room for 1 night plus pet fee was 140.00. Will not be returning to this franchise. Have paid 10.00 pet fee at other locations.
We just popped in without reservations. Bowling Green had something going on and most hotels were booked up but ththis place researched their occupancy and they had a room for us. The room was clean and well organized. We will stay there again. Thanks.
Rooms were clean, bathroom was very small. The small refrigerator was struggling to keep things cold and was leaking condensation onto the enclosure and floor. Decent location, but in a light industrial area, could hear nearby equipment, but it wasn’t too bad. The staff were pleasant.
